The Rules are the same as the previous tournament.
Tournament rules :
a. you can only use 1 char in the tournament. (lvl29 chars are accepted too)
b. Scammer Tagged users are banned.
c. you cannot remake your char during the tour or use a mule account for your char.
d. lag is not a valid excuse for restarting the duel, unless both parties agree.
e. duels are ft5 in blood moor. if you cross a bridge, leave blood moor or hide in a house, you autolose.
f. There will be one big group, u will have to duel everyone. it will lead to either a last 16 or last 8 KO phase.

you can ask me to referee your duel if u think your opponent does not respect the rules. Alternatively another mutually agreed referee may be called. (defwhoring, abuse mana/life rep, pnb & fw sorc stick/leech at walls map to avoid certains attacks like hammers..etc)
General rules:01. no hacks, hybrids, intentional bug abuse, dupes, rage, flame, spam or nk
02. no usage of pots, slowing items, knockback items, tab wands, tele staffs (except barbs/ele druids), hybrid runewords, shrines or mercs.
03. No muling, Respec, Unperm Gear, and you must show equip & Invent on request - going back to stash is forbidden
04. no defwhoring (repl life and/or regen mana abuse).
05. no more than 75 max res or 20 life replenish (10 for es sorcs)
06. Map must be cleared before duel, both players must type go before duel
07. Cube in invent is allowed
08. When both parties die, the party that died first lost
09. No leaving the blood moor during the duel (Tele staff users or sorcs that accidentally teleport to town may re-enter without being attacked)
10. Max 120 Faster Run/Walk from Items + Charms except (java/melee druid)
11. max 75% psn lenght reduction
12. Poisen Length Reduction gear may not be used unless it is part of your normal setup - so no swapping items to get PLR.
13. Breaking multiple rules or being overly disruptive constitutes a disqualification and possibly a ban from future tournaments.
Char specific rules:Necro:@ max 4 walls per screen and you cannot wall yourself in (f.e: 3 walls triangle or map wall+2walls)
@ clay golem, decrepify, iron maiden and bone prison are banned. (clay golem allowed vs casters)
@ recasting bone armor is not allowed.
Paladin:@ no hard points in any def auras (get vigor or medi from item if needed).
@ holy freeze aura is banned.
@ libby, hammer and v/t may not use any dr vs melee.
@ chargers may not use any dr vs melee except 15dr vs ww barbs only.
Ama:@ slower missiles is banned (peace rw can be used against non-missiles user chars)
@ java may use 150frw.
@ bowa may not use more than 100frw vs pure plague ama.
Sorc:@ es sorcs may not use insight, non es sorcs may use insight.
@ no more than 10 replenish life for es sorcs
Druid:@ tele staffs are allowed.
@ recasting cycloon armor is banned.
@ ele druids must stay on opponent map when they recast wolves/bear/oak/hurricane.
@ melee druids may use 150frw (thats include feral rage if you use it).
Barb:@ tele staffs are allowed vs sorcs.
@ namelock ww is banned.
