Can upgrade litany, snipe a 6 cc radiance for cheap, get a higher vita roll chest and get @res on pants, much more vita that way without sacrificing any ehp. Of course everything can be upgraded in one way or another but that's what I'd start on. Probably do inna's first since that alone will boost ehp a TON.
