No it ha a set amount of hp it just doesn't get that % added onto the base health

monsters in MP1 doesn't have 2.5* more hp than mp0 (at least in act3-4 where the monsters are lvl63 in mp0 too)

i love it how all the plebs in this thread jumped on the bandwagon without checking the numbers first

Monsters appear to have a range of min/max hp values for their types ... as you can see in these pics, the max life of the monsters in mp1 can be off by nearly 20k!
