Try to get IK-Gloves with IAS/CD/CC, or just one with high STR/9% IAS/min. 45% CD and high DEX,
you should be able to reach something about 20% avoid without WotB.

And than you can change your IK-Helm to another one with All-Resi,
with 20% avoid and a lil bit more Resi, it would be also a huge push for your EHP.

And Amulet need also to be changed, your Rend is more based on CD, not IAS.
In my opinion, its not necessary to stack up IAS so much, when you play with Skorn.
Otherwise, when you have the Gold...why not, but try to focus more on CD, cause your CC looks great.
I know, at the beginning, the fury managment is rly annoying, but with the time...you get better.

only if you cant handle the fury managment, otherwise i would stay at the build with your skorn.

and pls use the ravage rune for your rend, cause u have only under 3% LS and with skorn the ticks from Nados are not enough for u.
so u need to hit more with rend, it also increase your speed for farming, trust me.

if you decide to dw'ing, than get a mace/axe in your mh, and a EF in ur oh.
but you will deal less damage with your current build, cause rend profites extremly from your MH.

what do u mean by fury management

i mean, that most of the ppl out there, have problems to not run out fury or keeping WotB up,
especially against a small number of mobs or 1 Elite.
They have problems to place the Nados exactly, what is important here, because they Nados have a small number of ticks with a usual skorn-build against dw'ing.

so if you have dont these problems and wanna go on with this build, i would rather you to stay with skorn or change "brawler" to "unforgiving".

EDIT: In my opinion, dw'ing makes only sense, when you can afford two really good 1h otherwise i would stay with a rly strong skorn.
