Any suggestions? only have a 25-30m budget :/ and also heard they're the cheapest kind of wiz to build for magic finding. true?

archon wiz is pretty complicated to build. this is how u do it:

1) maximise ur paper dps with the available budget

there are no breakpoints. don't neglect lifesteal though.
