im doing MP10 in a decent pace, but how do i get 250k+ dmg like some have.... i think i dont that crappy gear.

trifecta gloves, 300dex on bracers, trifecta natalyas reflection, mempo with crit chance, echo with 25aps - this is the best way to get that dps i think

Take a look at The Quick Lightning Monk guide. Try and tailor your gear around my Monk's stats in order to help you the most in MP10.

Basically post #2's advice is spot-on with gear replacement. The gloves would be your first choice definitely. Secondly might be a better Won Khim Lau; preferably one with "Lightning skills deal 25% more damage". The base damage per second should be 930 or higher if you can.
