Dont wanna buy a expensive item without some one can confirmed what to uppgrade next.

For your barbarian, I would recommend:

*Changing to a high Critical Hit Chance Mempo Of Twilight.
*Higher Critical Hit Damage Unity ring
*Better Echoing Fury (Higher base damage/more Critical Hit Damage) or even a high damage rare mace.

Echo - 793 average damage. <--- bad for nados
Spear - 904 average damage.

Put the echo in offhand. Sell the spear. Buy Mace 900 AD OS LS 50%+ CD.
This will make your Tdps greater, less proc fear, HOTA dps stays the about the same. Screen dps about the same.

Since you will probably lose the Str on offhand try crafting ammys to make it up. CC CD AD STR is not that uncommon.

If you get a CC mempo then you might as well craft a chest too but your IK chest will not easily be beat. Can you deal with the AR loss? The only other option is IK gloves. Good IK high IAS trifecta + mempo cc gonna need a big budget.

well u would need 24more ias to reach next breakpoint for ias so i think not worth it, just try get mace with same ~stats as ur spear for mainhand and maybe a cold soj instead of unity?

A axe in main hand to gain 0.10 speed and echo in offhand to gain speed. Same stats as spear? That is probl very expensive?
