e/ also i got a new echoing fury will be updated soon hopefully it has +8% ias w/ os and i put rad star emerald in it

since you have full IK, try changing that extra passive into unforgiving so you get mass fury regen
then swap revenge with that 10% crit rune instead of bash (you wont need it you will always have fury for ww)
and then change impunity to overpower with killing spree (if you dont survive then use crushing advance instead)

i've a topic about it here (it's not even 100% must to use full IK to still use this build)

then you could gain 20% more cc which will mean a lot with the gear u have
also you could check if IK gloves with ias/cd would be out there with more dps than current ones

overall its very nicely built barb
losing some of IK set could help you build dps up as well for example helm for mempo with crit etc, depends on your budget
e: also innas pant and ice climbers could be a choice

e: and one choice could be using the echoing fury as offhand and then getting some mainhand that has much higher base dmg
