Hello again fellow d3'ers I'd like to first introduce myself before we begin, I am Tom.
Here is a presentation of a build that some have already began taking advantage of on the witch doctor.
Below you will find a complete list of everything you need to know about the build and how to play it as well as purchasing the correct gear for it.
Just remember and keep in mind, this was done 100% toward helping others in need free of charge and as a service of my own, as I am always glad to give a helping hand.Happy halloween!Keep in mind this build is intended for mp1, which yields me the best xp and legendaries/ hour.GearHelm - Zunnimassa's vision (You may be able to keep your mana up without using the mana zuni set bonus, and if so go for a nice rare or any other int/vit/crit/soc helm)
Chest - Zunnimassa's Marrow (again if mana isnt a problem you may change this to a rare with int/vit/all res/socs but this is the goal)
Pants - Inna's with a int roll or just as nice you can get a pair of rare pants with int/vit/res/socs (just remember you need to hit 24 movement speed)
Boots- Zunnimassa's Trails (These are almost a must either way since they + poison dmg adds a good chunk as well as int/vit/ms being mandatory)
Gloves- Get what you can afford here. Priority stats in order are : Int / Crit chance / Crit dmg / Vit / Res / speed (Just remember speed is false dps with this build as you only need a small amount to suffice)
Belt- Witching hour or just as nice a rare with int/vit/res
Shoulders- Vile ward or sometimes even better a int/vit/res/health globe pair since globes on shoulders scales better in terms of a used mod.
Wrists- If you aren't using inna's, lacuni's are mandatory to hit 24 move speed. If not go with a rare pair with int/vit/crit (res is behind crit in priority here since dmg scales better on wrists)
Amulet- Priority stats in order are : Int/crit chance/vit/crit dmg
Rings- 1 ring should be a hellfire for the experience and the other should be a zunnimassa's pox to complete the set, but if you arn't going with the set bonus for mana get a int/crit chance/vit/cdmg ring

Weapon-800 dps / crit dmg/ int / Life leech is what you should be looking for, but do NOT go over 1.4 aps as this will waste your mana and each attack will do less damage. You can get a higher dps wep without life leech if your comfortable and not dying as mp1 is fairly easy.
Mojo- Thing of the deep. 100% must for pickup radius, and #1 mojo period. Make sure to focus on the average damage first as this is the biggest dmg add in all of your gear.
Mercenary - Don't underestimate a good mercenary. I choose to use the enchantress as she adds a armor / res buff and a slight bit of attack speed. Equipt whichever one you use with gear of your choosing. I always go with a sunkeeper and 45 mf amy / 20mf rings.
Stats to shoot for with this build as a guide line are as follows:500 all res
3000 armor
35k life
70k damage unbuffed (100k will speed up the runs a extreme amount, but 70k is doable)
at least 5-10k health globes
And try to run with a good amount of mf
Here is a idea of what a end game product should look like -
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Controller-1114/How the build worksSkills
The idea of this build is to stay as fast as possible, for as long as possible with as little down time .. as possible.Speed! SPEED! SPEED1!!!1So first in order to get fast you need movement speed! Get 24% from your gear. Now while using horrify and spirit walk together you gain a movement speed bonus of 94% for about 5 second!
Next as you can see the passive grave injustice states that anything within 8 yards + pickup radius from gear, gives you a -1 s per kill on your cool downs.
If you already have spirit vessel which is -2 s to horrify and spirit walk, this means that on average around 5-7 monsters will reset the skills for you to continue running at 94% ms
This being said, always try to run close the the pack of monsters you kill before doing so.
OffenseThe main attack you will be using is acid rain for all white monsters. You can choose to do one of 2 things, click a mob in the middle of a pack or set your stand still key to one where one of your fingers can easily access at all time. I use ~ next to 1.
When you use this attack make sure your within 28 yards of the big packs to reset your run speed skills.
Next come the elites and bosses. You should always use bears on these to savior mana while putting out more damage at closer range. However sometimes its best to finish them off if their health is low with a acid rain if they are 10+ yards away and out of reach of bears.
Your gargantuan also does a large amount of damage once he transforms vs elites, and also takes out some left over trash behind you quiet often.
Remember the key to this build is speed so don't try attacking too many single mobs if they are the only ones left behind, because mathematically your wasting xp/hour doing so when you could be a few steps forward onto your next pack.
DefenseAs they all say a good defense is a good offense, and vice versa. This applies here as well. If you die, you're losing a lot of valuable time that you could have continued killing mobs.
In order to be sure this doesn't happen try keeping your all res at at least 500 and armor at 3000 as well as some health globes in gear.
If you keep dying and just can't keep your life up while running this fast, you will need life leech. Depending on how much damage you do, life leech can yield near invincibility.
Achieving the most XP/hourAlkaizer hit it on the head here. Find the fastest way to up your neph and shoot right to the high mob/elite areas.
Here is his runs explained in detail -
http://www.diablofans.com/topic/68420-guide-to-effective-paragon-leveling-alkaizer-method/I have achieved over 60 million xp / hour doing these runs at full speed (finishing in just over 7 minutes)
So here is a basic explanation of how to run (there will also be a video you can watch below)
~Hit spirit walk and horrify simultaneously and run toward pack of mobs - acid rain them within 28 yards - spirit walk and horrify again to the next mob set - bear elites.
Believe it or not this run was actually 1m~ slower due to lag from fraps running, so the attainable speed is outrageous.
