Well gear wise its kind of tough you need to pickup Dex and crit chance, dex being the most important as it will give you tons of dodge/base damage so it helps you both ways. Your bracers would be a great place to pickup dex. If you play with a calculator a bit you might be better off with a crazy rare dex/vit/allres belt (cheap now) and a blackthornes ammy if you can get one with the right rolls.
Skill wise I see what you are doing but you might want to consider a change.
Hungering Arrow - Cinder rune or ANY Bola shot will proc Nightstalker and Mark of death like crazy and do a lot more damage than Entangling shot.
Scatter traps are more cost effective than echoing blast as you get an effective room clearing skill.
Numbing traps is pretty bad I have tested it a few times and its very iffy if it even works, I'd swap in Archery for sure to get that 10% crit. You can also use custom engineering for the ability to put out 6 spike traps for 60 hatred and 3 sentries for very effective dps.
Use the Guardian Turret or the Vigilant, depending on if you want 15% DR or faster deployment for DPS.
Shuriken cloud is horribly short ranged, Jagged spike caltrops still procs a little bit and would give you a slow to deal with fast mobs and also deal damage. You could also swap in the Boar pet for 15% resistances or the Bat so you can spam spike traps. If all else fails Rain of Vengeance Beastly Bombs is a GREAT way to do mass damage to a pack for free every 30 seconds.
