Depending on if you solo, with that gear you may not need jungle fortitude at all..

I'd invest in a few gear options, though:

Crit on weapon
Int vile wards
stone of jordan with 30% to elites
Any 2 parts of zuni set (+130 int), or 3 (+55 AR)
Lacuni prowlers with cc and int

Those are some core gear options which really pack on dps/survivability even with everything else left as is, lacuni's especially for run speed. Of course other things like life steal, more int/vit, more AR, etc. will help.. depends on the budget.
