The d3 manual:
A sacred belief of the tribes is their philosophy of self-sacrafice and non-individuality, of suppressing one's self-intrest for the good of the tribe.

The skills-gear plan to reache the goals:
Skill: Summon Zombie Dog
Summon 3 Zombie Dogs from the depths to fight by your side. Each dog deals 9% of your weapon damage as Physical per hit.
Rune: Final Gift
Your Zombie Dogs have a 15% chance to leave behind a health globe when they die.
Passive: Zombie Handler
You can have 4 Zombie Dogs summoned at one time. The health of your Zombie Dogs and Gargantuan is increased by 20%.
Passive: Tribal Rites
The cooldowns of your Fetish Army, Big Bad Voodoo, Hex, Gargantuan, Summon Zombie Dogs and Mass Confusion abilities are reduced by 25%.

You gone use a Homunculus / Voodoo Mask / v1.04 legendary jewelery whit a total of 34sec (33.75) zombie dog cooldown reduction

Now you can cast Summon Zombie Dog always, couse it not have cooldown any more, allow you to work on aps/ias-gear

Whenever ingame monsters are cloose to party, and you are not under the effect of a health globe: Hold down the Summon Zombie Dog button
Right mouse button is pretty ezz for this!
I have 2.39aps atm, and some upgrades allow me to buff it even more, but its ok!

Small Health Globe:
Heal for 20%of effected players total max life + extra health from globes gear over 1.5seconds per health globe
Can be stacked, i ones stacked it for over 2.5million life per second!
2.39aps*1.5seconds globe duration * 4dogs per recast * 15%chance of a health globe = 2.151 avarage stacked health globe
(in practice it feels like i create double!)

Keeping the pick up radius gear low (7from 1item atm), will allow you to put some health globes over the screan, when walk away from them, to pick them up later, to stack them when needed!
7pick up radius will pick up all globes whitin resummon area
More pick up not allow this stacking, but will not allow monsters to knockback you out of the health globes arrea

Gear for this:
1) 0 cooldown on summon zombie dog (to make it a spam button)
2) 6-7pickup radius gear, you want the globes to have effect, needs to be picked up
3) attack speed / aps (more health globes for more party heal, and a more steady globe heal income) i like Azurewrath for the 21ias / wizzpike is hot also, for @resist
to reache the breakpoint of making dog respam beter then secrafice-for the master, when it comes in keep wd alive (also benefit party)
4) tank gear (a death healer is a bad healer!):
Ofc, a few things are good:
+extra health from globes
vita / +%life
resist / armor
Reduces duration of control impairing effects by x% (also benefit party: a cc-ed healer not heals/when frozen, you not repl from health globes)
5) medicure healer stats: repl/dex/str/intelect/more extra pickup when knockbacked (mana regen for stile)
6) dps gear: i get 1.3k intelect from buffing, makes: +damage gear>intelect gear (+life steal combi) // overall nn dps gear!
you nn dps to kill monster! if you overtank monster, your gone kill him pretty fast also, and its better/more fun/safer/stronger!
7) bad healer stats: LoH/mf/life on kill

The rest of the skills / to buf the plan:

Gruesome Feast
45mana cost per zombie dog * 2.39aps = 107mana cost per sec
the skill allow to heal 10%of max mana whenever drink a health globe, and fix all mana problems
ontop it boost resist/damage bye boosting upto +50%intelect bonus
great in combination whit Soul Harvest and tanky 'low intelect' gear
5*130soul harvest+50%=975intelect + 50%*base extra intelect
makes it a good passive skill, and not ezz replaced bye some secrafice mana rune

2.151 avarage stacked health globe/1.5sec duration * 10% mana refill = 14.34%of max mana refilled per sec
740max mana at lvl 60, whitout gear = 740*0.1434 = 106mana per sec
even if the regen mana seems a bit overdone, the +50%intelect bonus makes up for it!

Gargantuan Restless Giant
60sec cooldown-25%passive-20Homunculus = 25sec cooldown
Restless giant have a 15sec duration
so recast him as soon as restless giant duration is gone/keep it on cooldown
he is best cc, he agro greatly
he also do stronk damage

Sacrifice for the master:
6202*4dogs = 24808 instant wd heal (allowed ones per 0.84sec) (=29.5k life per sec) and eats away 50% of your globe heal)
+/- 60k wd life and 80k extra heal from health globe = 132k avarage heal per sec from globes
So bye sacrificing your dogs, you loose 50%party heal, loose 27.65%total wd heal, but gain damage, and a instant heal for whenever you not heal from globes
Its verry great to agro monsters!
I tested some other runes, like mana / slow, but for the master stays verry nice!
not cast it that often, only when need instant heal / its raining health globes already / solo / agro
The rune also provides good compensation for the heal lost from the globes!
275%weapon damage per dog*4=1100%damage per click*eoa

Hex-Jink
Verry good cc / always up / +20%to all damage rune

Horrify Frightening Aspect
Great cc / mass armor buff +100%for 8sec

Important:
Some people use 0sec zombie dog cooldown gear on a dps/solo bild
it is not that good! / its bad for party
you need monsters verry cloose, to get best effect of secrafice+dog spam gear
for the master rune, the 6202*4dogs=24808 life is to small to facetank the stronger monsters ingame
dps bild, foccused on secrafice, will not be abale to facetank all the damage, they need to prevent geting hit, makes them not benefit for 100% from 0 sec cooldown zombie dogs
dps bild should use other bilds

Bild diversity:
i was testing some bild setups, less sacrifice, more dog spam, some long duration dots as main damage (instead of secrafice), posible some extra party-tank passive skill, etc
but was not working that well, it feels like my current gear realy need the instant heal, for the 1-2sec of time needed, to spam a great health globe income
you not want a 2e spam button, couse it only will drain health globes
2-3 things i had in mind:
1) more dogs, dogs on kill, boosted bye pickup radius (grasp 10%globes+dogs on kill / sacrifice for mana only / 30%zombie dog on kill passive)
the bad thing is, no instant heal, it works great vs normal monsters, but less great vs elites, couse less kills
2) manitour / locust swarms / spiderqueen / grasp (3 of them) (no sacrifice at all) / and mainly spam dogs
3) dog spam, effective mana income from active skills / -20%damage taken from psned monsters passive for party (Bad madicine+psn skills)
4) slow rune on sacrifice (Black blood) looks cool, and cc! / Next of kin on sacrifice (35%chance for zombie dog when sacrifice, allow some agro from sacrifice, but reduce the health globe loss for party a little)
5) i am always open for fun bild diverity, mebe some for goldfind-solo/low acts party benefits, but at the end, i prefere act(3-)4 runs

for now, this realy feels the greatest bild atm, mass cc, great safety, cloose to max party benefits, optinal spikes of mass damage, best for act4-facetanking-molten-fun-abuce!

Dangers:
When frozen, the healing stops instantly, you can not cast, you can not pick up globes arround you.
When jailed, you can not pick up globes arround you. (is fun for mass heal spikes after jail have ended) i beleave heal will end its duration, so you still heal
When knockbacked, you not have globes arround you, i beleave you still heal for the end of globe-duration, stacking pickup would benefit this danger, but overall, better stack vs all dangers
When stunned, you can not do anything! i also beleave heal stops!
You need a little tank gear to prevent thease dangers that stop the heal, and also to make sure you always are under the effect of health globes, so if cc-ed, you still have a few globes arround you, and then stack them asap, whitout sacraficing to match heal from the sacrefice button!

some gear upgrade / sks teoriecraft:

sacrafice for the master:
24808 instant wd heal
-50%party heal / -50% wd globe heal (if spam it ones per 2cast, instead of spamming dogs 24/7)

sacrafice next to kin (it looks cool!)
35%chance to create a zombie dog
-32.5%party heal / -32.5% wd globe heal (if spam it ones per 2cast, instead of spamming dogs 24/7)

so
17.5%total of max health globe heal vs 24808 instant wd heal
2.151 avarage stacked health globe / 60k life

globe heal per sec = (+80k extra globe heal gear+20%of60k total life)*2.151 avarage stacked health globe/1.5sec duration = 191928 life per sec when spamming dogs
24808*0.83sacrafices per sec 20590life per sec from sacrafice
191928-50%+20590=116554life per sec for witch doctor when spamming sacrife for the master

makes ias work good on him!
