Alright, so what items should I upgrade first? Am I using the right skills? How are my resistances and whatnot? etc...

I was stacking fire, should I replace all items without fire res first?

Definitely!

You should also try to get some @ as well as the fire resi for higher survivability, obviously

Although, that would be quite expensive

Is this HC or SC?

All I got to say is Get your CRIT chance up all that Crit dmg is going to waste

Also try to dual wield.
