Nothing buffed in this screenshot

I think I've done fairly well building him. I solo Act 3 completely without any major problems, although more dps would help me clear faster.
I'm not to sure where to go from here to get ready for PvP or future developments since I can do Act 3 & 4 with this guy without dieing too much in full group or solo.

What numbers do you guys think I should improve? Its hard to improve some stats without taking away others, so what do you think I can lower in order to improve in other areas?
Open to hearing about a different choice in skills along with stat changes.

My opinion:
I need some more armor, - probably from raising my Dexterity (Seize the Initiative)
I want to raise my critical strikes all around but its a well demanded stat and expensive, hard to find without lowering my other stats too much.
Attack Speed can be raised a little

I just switched to this skill build and I'm liking it very much since I can survive pretty much just as well as my previous tank skill set - probably due to my high LOH. But do more damage and clear much faster.

Take Note:
I use the Damage Buff on Breath of Heaven which brings my DPS to ~26,000 (If I were able to raise my dps quite a bit, I may think about using a different rune)
Attack speed high due to Fists of thunder, perhaps raising my attack speed can give me more options for spirit generator like crippling wave (with reduce enemy damage rune) to help me tank more

If you would like to see my items, pm me

Impressive LOH.

8.5 is really low for Crit, to the point where Cyclone doesnt seem to make sense, but maybe your 1.91 aps makes up for it. Even getting your crit to 20% would more than double the amount of those tornadoes which means more damage. If you really can't get the crit gear without losing other stats maybe swap Cyclone for blade storm?

just a thought

Ill give the blade storm a shot. I do get 3 stacks quickly but nevertheless I would like to crit more for my regular attacks.

Keep in mind you don't just need crits to get the 3 stacks, but also crits to produce the nados once at 3 stacks. Dont get me wrong I love Cyclone, but I am at 33%Crit (but only 1.65 aps). Bladestorm might not compare with your attack speed, but it might be something worth looking iinto.

you can easily drop 300 resists and 20k life for dex/crit/ias - right now your char is needlessly defensive and its slowing you down immensely.
also as a general rule try to balance your resists and your armor (1 res per 10 armor) to get the most out of your life pool.

I run 2.1 to 2.3 aps and 1500 to 1980 lph.
With this my resists can be lower.
I have 32 percent crit chance for tornados.
My dps is right around 22k.
I recommend that people stack crit chance and attack speed first along with vit and
Armor and resists.
Crit damage is less important and will come later, buying gloves for example with ias and crit chance with stats is spendy. Buying gloves with
All that and crit dmg is fucking spendy.

Fast fast attacks with lph can make you or break you.
Crit chance is insanely useful when gearing.
Once you get crit damage too your unstoppable!
