Ok im very bad with organizing lists and guides so im just gonna post all the info and if someone enjoys making pretty topics feel free to better this one!

Please NOTE THAT THIS LIST IS SUBJECTED TO CHANGE DUE TO BLIZZARD SAYING THEY WILL BUFF SOME LEGENDARY AND SET ITEMS POSSIBLY

I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH DEX / VITA /RES AND OTHER STATS CAN ACTUALLY SPAWN IN SOME OF THE RARE CRAFTS.

This is a rough list feel free to comment and suggest better item rolls or combos...
this is what i came up with after doing some research.

Some of the stats can spawn as the (RANDOM MAGIC PROPERTY) that all items have.
Some things cannot spawn in some items thus making the legendary or set item i chose better (most common case is the attack speed bonus)

wast the difference between non-elemental dmg and elemntal dmg on weapons?

im actually not sure. I feel things are assumptions but i believe monsters have a % resist to elemental dmg and % resist to melee dmg but its usually lower for melee dmg

but it could not be the case at all

Does the Zunimassa's Journey boots work though since the mod is "Increases Attack Speed?"

You need "Attack speed increased by X"

as of right now the stat is broken and will be fixed, but either way it would still be the best possible item according to my research...

the problem lies with it increasing the dmg of the item, since that stat is also the wepon speed increase state.
so technically the game is tryin to read as if the stat would increase the BOOTs damage, but the boot has no dmg. Its a tooltip malfunction within the game.

but "Increases Attack Speed" is a mod on Zunimassa's rather than a random magic property

Innas glory does not work either.

i think for weaps, dual handxbows with all those mods u listed is better than a 2h xbow with a quiver. u can get up to 400 crit dmg and 50ias on top of the inherent 15ias from dual weilding. with high crit chance, which you should already have if you are weilding something like this, im pretty sure you will outscale a 2h xbow
