The dodge mantra with the +defense rune is more mitigation than the healing mantra +resist.

Grab some life per hit to help with heals.

Never even thought about going that route. Gotta get these ideas of "skills I MUST use" outta my head. Will save up a sh*t ton of gold and try a completely different build soon.

since these are both percents, this would depend on your base resist/armor would it not?
also what would the formula be to back this up?

base armor * 1.15
base resists * 1.20

maybe something like this?

then see which % goes up more (not which number goes up more)

I prefer the dodge you get more than the regen anyway. I think i hhave 400 base regen.

yeah the dodge you get (15%) actually ends up being anywhere from like 10 down to 5 percent based on how high your base dodge is.
but the 310 regen/second is just worthless even in hell...
i mean i'd say the average inferno monk has about 31k hp? so... 100 seconds from dead to full? NO THANKS rather have 5% dodge

I agree the regen on mantra of healing stinks (I'm on Hell now) but the increased heal for the first 3 sec is a great spam heal when everything else is on cd. Im only 55 & barely any life on hit, so I still use heal over mantra of evasion... For now
