Due to high demand I've put up a guide for everyone, as I believe I was the first person to use this method(first day after release).

You get around 3 million experience and 120k gold per person per hour if done properly; with a 60 level character you can dish out even more than that. HD videos will be uploaded overnight.

I assume the 3mil EXP and 120K gold/hr is on Hell difficulty? Does this work in normal, nm, etc?

On NM it's like 150k xp per 5 minutes. More if you do it faster.

Yeah, you can do it on every difficulty though.
