Do you have done some theorycrafting about when is better to use ruby/emerald on mh/oh for wwnado barbs?

So currently I put together a SKORN barb that can do mp10 WHITE MOBS efficiently. However, I rely on Overpowered -- Momentum to generate fury. I have 1.15 APS unbuffed. I am also sitting on 153k DPS after Weapon Master and Ruthless. I am mainly wondering Should I get a Life Steal Skorn (6%) and then getting all the other good stuff like

Innas pants, Lacunis, Witching Hour, Mempo etc? How much +IAS would I need to reach a good breakpoint and also not rely on Overpowered for fury regeneration and rather go the one that gives 10% CC

is this the last breakpoint for skorn users?

I believe with near perfect gear you can get up near 2.0 aps with a skorn

pretty out of reach for most tho id say that breakpoint is pretty solid

Hi guys, im playing an extreme low budget barb.
Only stuff that I find/sell to make gold I've been using.

I've got to the point where I want to upgrade some stuff

It's a dual weild ww barb. Couple things im not sure of...

What IAS breakpoint should I be aiming for?
what crit hit chance should I be aiming for?
What crit dmg % should I be aiming for?

What sort of hp/damage/resistance?
