SOJ has it's place, it's a very good ring.  it's place, however, is not anywhere and everywhere.

It's mostly good for key farming and ubers - or for barbs who want to slow people.

Yeah, I agree. I only soj for ubers. Also, it's great for combating the annoyance of fear on echoing fury.
