You'ld drop the teleport, sacrificing some mobility ...
Move the Explosive Blast to right-click, and in it's place on #3 you'ld put Force Weapon with Blood Magic (giving you some lifesteal) ...
the +10% damage from Force Weapon will put you up over 200k, you'ld have a little more survivability with the life steal, and just sacrifice some mobility by losing teleport.
my suggestion is to stop giving advice, as you clearly have no experience with cm wizard, as shown by pretty much all your posts
