change that shitty zuni ring to one with chc, you have the 2.7273 breakpoint without ias on that shit.
use storm armor - shocking aspect (and evocation instead of glass cannon if you have low defense)

My suggestion is there ...


You'ld drop the teleport, sacrificing some mobility ...

Move the Explosive Blast to right-click, and in it's place on #3 you'ld put Force Weapon with Blood Magic (giving you some lifesteal) ...




the +10% damage from Force Weapon will put you up over 200k, you'ld have a little more survivability with the life steal, and just sacrifice some mobility by losing teleport.

storm armor is +45-50% dps, so idk why you wouldn't use that

if you're gonna drop energy armor to go full DPS, you might as well go whole hog and swap evocation for glass cannon passive too ...

if you want to hit 200k, you basically just need to a few more paragon levels..
