I have away been from D3 for a while and decided to get back with a Monk.

How is calculated the Damage when using dual weapons?

Still based on main hand and get the secondary hand properties or they changed it?

(min(mh)+max(mh)+min(oh)+max(oh)+avedmg on jewelries)/2

other skills that take weapon % are mostly mh so (min(mh)+max(mh)+avedmg on jewelries)/2

tclap is based on the weapon that hits
cyclone is not well understood, but it is currently assumed to not use the same offhand principle barbs do. Or at least thats what I got when I posted this thread like a week ago - that it updates depending on active weapon, but blizz hasn't confirmed it.

So I need high damage on both weapons to play Thunderclap and Cyclone?
