almots all the new legendaries have special procs, that can be useful or not

i was more in surch of something like:
Maximus
Chance to summon a Demonic Slave when attacking.

it creates a chain between the demonic slave and your char
the chain haver a LoH Proc coefficient = 0.12
this allow to create fury, from battle rage into the fray, triggered bye the chain
(ofc i just made that up!)


but it looks like all thouse special legendary effects add nothing, only a nice visual effects + damage

to make new bilds, i need proc effects, no need damage boost+visual shows!

It is pretty sweet info.
A lot of the procs are meh but some of them are pretty awesome sounding.

the forgot one major note tho (imo) frozen orb freezes (well, I hear people think "Duh!" but Ice moves generally Chill)
which makes WS pretty nice imo.

Hmm... I don't have info to tell them this info but maybe we can find a way to update them or better yet, make a more complete guide here to bring people to jsp for theorycrafting and increase our readership and trading market.

I think what Tommy means is that he wants to get procs from procs. ;0!
