And I recommend more resistances.

Your focus should be more res, more crit (30% is sufficient, but you can push this over 50% - this is mostly for cyclone procs on Sweeping Winds, or for a life regen build based around Quickening on TC), more crit damage (300% is solid enough), better weapons. With your gear 1 extra weapon dps should give you 30-40 extra dps on your character screen. If you were to upgrade from your 700 dps weapon to an 800 dps weapon you can expect your dps (unbuffed) to go up to 18.5-20k. I would worry less about IAS because IAS is still very expensive and it doesn't honestly provide much. DW 2x 1.4s weapons = 1.61s attack. DW 2x 1.5s weps gets you 1.725. These are more than sufficient for farming until you have enough gold to fully optimize your build.

With 1100 LoH 35k health is sufficient so no major concern there. After modifying the above - start working on damage stats.

you 100% need more dex, like your chest for example is a very easy upgrade. More dex = armor/dodge/damage. Mainly damage is your concern atm, longer fights = need more survivability or gg LoH.
