Hmmm it,s 18" but I dont know the brand it has no caps. I need spacers in front to clear the brembos.

Might aswell powder coat them blue or a ncei color this summer before getting some goldish ones. :P

I made this topic in purpose of keeping a track of my mods and have fun talking about it with people who share this passion with me. But with your negative attitude and lack of knowledge I will gently ask you to stay out of my topic unless you have something useful to add here. Otherwise, I will have to contact a med and they will take care of your case.

No worries I'm modding it safe and it will run on a conservative tune :)

As i said to Ride686, stop your negative attitude or don't bother posting here. If you think I'm not doing well, tell me why. And we could argue about it via pms. ty

Contrary to your belief he does post valid points... It's typically dif's and transmissions that break, S2000's have the same issues but they are saved by breaking traction. It's when you DONT break traction that those parts are all stressed and broken, as long as you aren't launching the crap out of it with sticky tires you will be fine. That's what he means by not driving it correctly, also wheel hop can be a killer too due to gear lash. Evos are good cars but every car has a weak link somewhere (burning pistons on my car for example).

Except with Mitsubishi's build quality evos are not good cars lol. There are too many issues that are too wide spread. If they hadn't taken the cheapest path possible it would have been a great car but that's Mitsubishi for you. They're a lot of fun and drive great when the work but the build quality is just too bad for it to be worth it.

True but if Mitsubishi put more money into build quality they would have booked higher than their already ridiculous launch price. Gotta cut corners somewhere I guess

Yeah I really don't understand how they sell any new ones at anywhere close to msrp. Hell the 8/9 used market is even worse, I sold mine for $28000 with 59k lol. Albeit that was in Canada and they didn't sell 9s here
