Here's my preliminary plans for it -of course they're subject to change.

Trunk spoiler (I really like the way these look, but I'm not sure I can justify the price just yet. If anyone knows where to find it cheaper than the $490something retail price, feel free to share!)
Chin spoiler
New weatherstripping
Updated stereo system (without ruining the classic interior look. I saw someone here do an iPod hookup in the center console that I really liked and I liked how he hid his two 10' subs behind the rear seats/trunk)
Disc brakes (Will start with the front and work my way back...which may involve a 8.8 rear axle swap sometime in the future)
Rims/Tires (I'm really digging a black inner bullet style atm)
Paint (Thinking a dark blue with a black rear valence and black chin spoiler)
351w Swap

And from there I think would be suspension and then a never ending list of things I'd really like to do to.

Anyway, I picked this up today from a friend of the family. He bought it after he got out of the military and basically drove it for a year before he started 'working' on it. 20 years and a thick layer of dust later here it is ready to be played with.

The 289 in it runs a little rough and apparently 'smokes'. So depending on what the actual problem is, I plan to keep it in as long as I can. In the meantime I'll be preparing the 351w to replace it at some point.

The trim and little pieces that aren't attached (yet)

The interior is in great shape. The driver seat has a tear in the upholstery but it came with a brand new seat cover (thing).

I don't foresee them riding in it too much when it's done so they better get their fix now :p

Yeah it's the original. It does smoke pretty bad though. Still haven't figure that out. Put a new fuel pump on it today and a charged the battery and it actually started and idled.... so of course I had to try to drive it down the street and back lol I Killed it about three houses down and it wouldn't start again. So we put a little gas in the carb and ta-da! Brakes work really well actually ;)

The alternator isn't working though- gotta figure that out yet.
