i actually have a car port that fits 2 cars, but its old and whoever made it did a shitty job. the roof is flat and water just pools on it and has started to rust thru in spots dripping rusty water on my car. so i bought a tarp and strung it up just below where it leaks the rusty water to channel it away from my car, bnut it really is very poorly made and the other side has some major leaks between panels and it leaks all over my wrecked 97 civic splashing water on my new civic.

before u say it i rent this place so im not gonna be putting my money into it, tho i have thought about asking my landlord about me buying new roofing and fixing it and he in return just give me free rent for a month.

edit: its not enclosed either its open on the sides. pretty much the only reason i park it there is to protect my car from tree sap and hail when we get a bad storm.
