Ofc. you can say dogs are the best, but this poll is about these two particular animals. I realize I used somewhat poor wording.. If you had, in addition to your dog, to get another animal- would you choose a cat or a goat?

that would depend
both cats (the litter) and goats are pretty smelly
and there is the issue of space
plus legislation which might not allow to have goats

if i had the right place i'd go for alpaka

In an ideal scenario, no legislation required etc.

Spacewise the cat wins imho. Idk. if a goat requires more work or not. We need to hear from someone who actually has or have had a goat!
