If you can walk / groom / train it everyday then you pretty much have your pick of breed

A mastiff is a nice choice, Loads of different kinds but mosty likely a Tabetan Mastiff
. Friendly / easy to train / lazy

/ makes good watch or guard dogs. They are not so good in hot places.
