For a Good Delivery Service, you will need a few great things:
Fast Delivery
Alot to Deliver
Satisfied customers
Deliver a worthy package


Fast Delivery
Besides a few overrated summoner skills, the only thing that gives Fast-Delivery is movement speed
■If the raw speed is 415 or under, no cap is applied.
■If the raw speed is between 415 and 490, final speed is soft capped to RawMS × 0.8 + 83.
■If the raw speed is above 490, final speed is soft capped to RawMS × 0.5 + 230.
■If the raw speed below 220, it gets multiplied by 50% and added to 110.

Fast Delivery, not only gives better damage then slow delivery, since the package is there sooner!
most important, Fast delivery, is the safest way to keep delivering, whitout the need of allies to escord you delivery survice.

Boots of swiftniss Alacrity
Twin shadows (like 2 of them!)
Movement speed quins

are a musthave for Fast Delivery in mid-end-game


Alot to Deliver
Ofc you have turrets and granades and rockes to deliver
But yes, ward-delivery is a nice extra delivery survice.

The basic things that increase dilvery amounths are:
Cooldown reduction (-40%cds is 67%more delivery)
you get 20%cdr from heimer rank3 ulti
the other 20%cooldown reduction can come from item, like a unholy grail

Mana regeneration
110mana/15sec for turret
145mana/6sec for rockets
120mana/5.4sec for granade
90mana/54sec ulti
thats upto 55.4mana burned per second
ofc you nn 250mana regen/5, but more is always welcome


Satisfied customers
Yes, heimer can go in for da kill.
But he is still da best to: ''back back you durty apes''
He is there to drain da anemy life from a long distance, to keep them on a distance, to defend frendly positions
To attack enemy towers when they are defended.
To keep turrets attacking enemys in teamfights

Heimer, he not cares if enemy dies, or kites away
His mision is to drain da enemy, and sent it back where it came from.
He nn snowball or feed for that, he not even needs solo lane cs for that

And best to keep Team Satisfied, is to do this all, whit da modest Support Role, so heimers team have all da income it needs.
And team can snipe thouse low life enemies more ezz, also giving heimer da assists, benefitting everybody.

Deliver a worthy package
Basicly a little damage(AP) and a void staff is needed for this!

Base Mana regen. 7.0 (+0.65/lvl) = 18.7
Unholy Grail = 15


Mana 240 (+65/lvl) = 1410mana

+/-110turret+145rocket = 255 current mana needed before you start rampage da enemy

100-(255/1410*100) = 81.91%increased total mana regenration from mana frond passive

3mana regen masterie

(18.7+15+3)*1.8191 = 66.67mana regen per 5 as total (excl runes)


9*scalling mana glyp would give a 8.91extra*1.8191 = 16.2extra mana per 5 = 24.3%more mana regen then whitout runes = 82.87mana regen per 5 total

+/-65%turret upkeep needed= 0.65*110/15*5 = 23.83mana regen per 5 needed for avg turret upkeep
82.87-23.83=59.09mana regen per 5 left for rocket/granade spam
59.09/(145rocket costs/6cooldown*5)*100%=48.9%rocket spam upkeep (excl. 12%total mana restored on kill/assist)

mana regen overrated?
da donker can burn 575mana in +/-1second

still overrated?
59.9/(59.09left for rocket spam-16.2runes)-1*100%=37.7%more rocket spam upkeep thx to 9*mana regen Glyph


nn, couse still overrated, and blue>
(25blue+7.08 based on total mana)*1.8191mana front = 58.3 = 70%more then whitout blue = 141.17total mana regen per 5 incl runes/blue buff
even if blue, if heimer wants to, he still burn all mana.
