yes that build is good to get killed before you reach your targets
also lifesteal quints are better on dorans blade start junglers

why would you be that sarcastic when im asking for help ? i'm not saying it's the top 1 build
thx for the info about lifesteal, i guess i should go 9/21/0 lifesteal quint for more tankiness, i didnt feel the need of them with 21/9/0 even without pull tho

haven't played league in a few months but if i remember, atk speed runes are good on jungle udyr and most junglers,
start dorans blade if you're going for early game kills, otherwise start with standard builds (think about what you're trying to achieve in the early game that fits your build; don't blindly follow a build that a high elo player uses without thinking about why they use it and what situation it would fit in)
the worse you're doing, the more doran items you'll need imo (early game only)
the better you're doing, build more mid-late game items and less doran items
X/21/X (udyr has decent base damage, can do decent dmg even with tanky items)
smite is a must, the other secondary summoner spell depends on your playstyle and how you play (ghost is fine, take flash when you're more comfortable on udyr)

only on phoenix, since your tiger stance already gives AS and it scales pretty well with ad you should get ad marks
