You should learn how to play with your foot with the mouse.

I don't have a handicap but I used to play world of warcraft with my foot sometimes during raids. You can move/left right click so easily I feel like it should be similar in LoL. Big toe/2nd to can left right click pretty easily

I don't know what to tell you about hitting invidual keys but maybe you could put tabs on keyboard so that the keys you need are raised differently?

Setup seems pretty legit. I don't know how the FUCK you played a fps, but grats for making it work. I know there is know ay I could do this.
