Who do you think is best?
AD/AS Alistar because of invincible ult and +60% dmg?
Yi because of speed?
Trist because of lane power + range?
Trynd because of incredibly easy to farm, facefuck, and go invincible?

Yi and Alistar are probably best.

Do you guys think Nocturne can BD well? He ults, you dont see a thing and suddenly a turret has been destroyed.

It is possible I think. Does he have enough hp? I heard he is squishy.

He can't tank the turret... You'd need a build specifically made for turrets... plus it only goes blank for like 3 seconds.
