My history with pantheon is i played him atleast 300+ games in a row, and 100+ more games in and out.
AbilitiesSpear ShotThis is your single target burst damage ability and your main harassing / last hitting ability. As you rank it up,it gets better attack damage scaling and it hits like a truck if you build him correctly. Mana cost is low, same as cooldown, which allows you to spam it. Also this ability is one of the many reasons why we want attack damage so badly on Pantheon.
Aegis of ZeoniaThis is your initiate tool and also the thing that holds your enemy in place while you perform your Heartseeker Strike. As you rank it up, you get better stun. Cooldown is a bit longer, but it is ok. Once you use it your Aegis Protection will refresh. In short, just what you need to do the job. Sadly, you can't use as escape ability.
Heartseeker StrikeThis is one of the greatest abilities put into game yet (in my opinion) and reason why Pantheon wears a do not feed sign on his neck. Passive is great. Early on it starts out bad and you shouldn't use it to farm until at last rank 3 in it. After you build some damage it can clear minion wave in a few seconds. In teamfights position yourself to deal damage to more targets. It will deal double damage to champions and that is great. You'll melt them like a butter with this.
Grand SkyfallIt will take time to master using this ability. In teamfights you will wait until few sparks fly before using it, if not there is a big chance to jump in the middle of their team solo, kamikaze shit, you know. Cooldown is long and mana cost is kinda bigger but teleporting anywhere you want on the map makes up for it. It will be used to defend towers, to push with team, to jump on low health opponents etc. Also when it land it will slow opponents. It works well in combination with Amumu's Curse of the Sad Mummy, Gangplank's Cannon Barrage, Galio's Idol of Durand etc.
Pros:- Swift and powerful assassin.
- Early game dominance.
- Amazing ganking potential.
- Great potential in teamfights.
- Farms really well.
- Great as a hunter and disabler.
- Global teleport.
- Pantheon's abilities scale with Attack Damage and deal physical damage.
- He is a Spartan, we like him for looking bad-ass.
Cons:- Squishy without survivability items.
- No escape mechanism.
- His late game is a bit weaker compared to early/mid game.
- Has mana issues early game.
- His ultimate is tricky to land on target.
Summoner abilitiesExhaust - Another offensive spell, use it to disable your enemy so you can kill him or escape. Counters physical carries. Recommended.
Flash - Another great escape mechanism with longer cooldown than Ghost, recommended.
Ignite - Pretty good spell if you want to add some damage to your basic combo and ensure a kill. It also counters enemies that rely on healing/regeneration (Vladimir, Dr Mundo). Very useful for early game kills, recommended.
Cleanse - Another defensive spell with a short cooldown. Counters Exhaust and other disables that make you vulnerable. Recommended, use it along with Ghost/ Flash.
Heal - Useful early game, but becomes useless later on. There are better defensive options. On the other hand, if you like playing All Random All Mid games, it's pretty much necessary there..
Revive - Some people use the Revive + Grand Skyfall combo. I tried this, fun to use but alot of people tend to lack the skyfall skill shot ability. Use at your own risk.
Ghost - Probably the best Summoner spell there is, top recommended. It helps you escape as well as chase. Considering that Pantheon is a champion with no escape mechanisms and relatively squishy, it would be foolish not to pick this spell.

Early Game: 1-9
You should be soloing mid(or soloing a side lane), early game you will play as an assassin and rack up as many kills as possible. Begin by harassing your enemy with spearshot, whenever it is up. With armor Pen you should easily do 1/4 of most heroes (None tanks) Health
Wait till they have about about 55%-60% Health... Then Aegis-heart-ignite-spear
Mid game: 10-15
This is the toughest part for you, by now you should be all the way up to phage in your build. You wont be as fun to team fight with. But picking off some people on team fights here and there is fun. You are on the other hand the best 1v1 by this point.
TRY not to solo gank too much if Shen's in the room
End Game:
Play the safe spear. run spear run game. Unless you have seen your heartseeker deal HEAVY dmg then get testy. stun dps or support on their team, and try to aim heartseeker at the most of the enemy group.
Play safe though with pantheon fed. Which you will GET, The enemy team will be targeting you.

Some of the most useful things you need to know while playing Pantheon
-In teamfights, make sure to aim heartseeker towards the most amount of people.
-If a teamate is getting chased, aegis his chaser.
-Steal baron
-Backdoor.
-Pick off squishies not tanks
- The hardest champion for you to 1v1 is poppy. You should avoid her at all costs. Also, be careful around Yi, Jax, and Warwick.
-If you are forced to lane, Lane with a support or Ashe
-If your enemy team has alot of croud control, get merc treads over mobility.
-If your enemy team has no squishies or is stacking armor, get last whisper over brutilizer.
