In human form, Nidalee throws a spiked javelin at her target that gains damage as it flies. As a cougar, her next attack will attempt to fatally wound her target, dealing more damage the less life they have.
----- Bushwhack / Pounce ( W ) -----
In human form, Nidalee lays a damaging trap for unwary opponents that, whne sprung, Reveals the target and reduces their armor and magic resistance for 12 Seconds. As a cougar, she pounces forward, dealing a small amount of damage when she lands. Pounce is not affected by cooldown reduction.
----- Primal Surge / Swipe ( E ) -----
In human form, Nidalee channels the spirit of the cougar to heal her allies and imbide them with attack speed for a short duration. As a cougar, she rapidly claws enemies in front of her.
----- Aspect of the Cougar ( Ultimate ) -----
Nidalee Transforms herself into a cougar, gaining new abilities and increased speed in the process.

Taking the Dodge talent in Defense. And Utility all the experience / Imp Ghost and Flash, and movement increase.

Quints - Armor Pen
Red - Armor Pen
Yellow - Dodge (You end up with 20% dodge, with this and the talent)
Blue - Cooldown reduction

Guinsoos Rageblade - Standard nidalee item, She can keep all 8 stacks for as long as she wants
Merc Treds (Always, No exception) - If theres any form of CC on the other team, These are always a must.
Lichbane - Proc and Movement speed from lichbane help nidalee completely, With
Guardian Angel - Nidalee is squishy, Give the Cat another Life.
Banshee's Veil - Nidalee is squishy, Save her from a first harsh hit
Infinity Edge/Zhonyas - Your choice here. both will work amazingly.
