Let's Make This Fun.
Story..

Once a man, Warwick was trained by the Alchemists of Zaun and later hired as a mercenary by the Noxian Army for their war against Ionia. An alchemical genius, he became known to the Ionians as the Deathmaker for the terror and destruction his creations sowed. Sequestered in his labs, he felt no responsibility for the death tolls these creations wrought. Eventually Soraka, an Ionian with the power of gods in her blood, had seen enough of the alchemist's predations. Something in her snapped, and she sacrificed her divinity to curse Warwick. She wanted him to feel revulsion at what he was, for him to dip his fingers in the blood he so often shed. Soraka cursed him to be a werewolf, a wild murderous beast. What Soraka did not anticipate was that Warwick would revel in his newfound lycanthropy. Turning his back on his human past, Warwick now revels in his physical prowess and bloodlust as a mercenary fighting on the Fields of Justice. As a werewolf, a form he now rarely leaves, Warwick is an unnatural predator. His enormous claws carve enemies to bits, temporarily quenching his eternal thirst to drain their lives, healing his wounds. Worse is when he leaps onto a foe like an animal, knocking the sense out of his prey under a flurry of slashing talons. The vestiges of a pack animal reside within him, he can also let loose a piercing howl, which echoes across the battlefield to both bolster and coordinate those who fight with him. Few can hide from the werewolf, especially once he catches the scent of blood and his hunger overtakes him.(1)

It's Time To Hunt.
Summary..

Do you smell that? It's the smell of victorious games ahead. Warwick is a formidable foe to reckon with, being one of, if not the best 1v1 champions in the game. This guide will help you make the best warwick you can taking full advantage of what the jungle and nuetral creeps have to offer. This guide is based on 3v3 play, but with a few tweaks can be used on Summoners Rift.

It's Only Fun, If They Run.
Runes, Summoner Spells, and masteries..

Runes
  • Marks - Armor Penetration
    • Armor Pen is a important on most any physical DPS champion.
  • Seals - Dodge
    • Dodge, even at small amounts is amazing for jungling. Even late game, the small amount of dodge you recieve from these runes is enough to make a diference in a team fight.
  • Glyphs - Cooldown Reduction OR Attack Speed
    • CDR is always nice to have, being able to use your Q or W spell sooner may just save you in some situations.
    • Attack speed has its uses too, though with the items we'll be getting it won't make a huge diference in the game.
  • Quints - Armor Pen
    • Again, knocking down a champs armor is amazing as you wont always have the time or gold to get a Black Cleaver.

Summoner Spells
  • Smite - Some of you will say "Waste late game". Well Im here to prove you wrong. Each time you use smite you will earn 5gold, that's 5gold\minute. Smite also opens the door to easy minion\buff\dragon kill steals from your enemy. That's another +gold bonus and the buff for you and your team.
  • Flash - This is a useful initator or spell to get away. You know flashing through walls is an effective way of disengaging a target or getting somewhere you need to fast. Is the enemy team getting dragon? Smite kill and flash out. The of course, tease them a bit :P !
  • Rally - Useful for jungling and teamfights.
  • Other spells to consider - Exhaust, Heal (not reccomended, rendered useless after level 9)

Masteries
Hmmm.. I smell their stench..
Skills..

Eternal Thirst (Passve) - Each of Warwick's attacks will heal him for 5/10/15 health. Each successive attack against the same target will restore increasing amounts of health to Warwick. (2)
--> An amazing passive, built in progressive life leech, sweeeeeet.

Hungering Strike - Takes a bite out of enemy unit for damage and heals Warwick.
Strikes an enemy for the greater value between 75/125/175/225/275 (+1) and 8/11/14/17/20% of the target's maximum health (can only do flat damage to monsters), and heals Warwick for 100% of the damage dealt.

Cooldown - 12 seconds
Cost - 100/100/100/100/100 Mana
Range - 400 (2)
--> This is your bread and butter skill, you will never go down easily if you use this skill correctly. This is also your main jungle skill doing damage and healing incredible amounts.

Hunters Call - Warwick lets out a howl, increasing all nearby friendly champions' attack speed for a short time.
Warwick lets out a howl that inspires all nearby allied champions. This increases Warwick's attack speed by 40/50/60/70/80% and all nearby friendly champions' attack speed by half of that for 10 seconds.

Cooldown - 30/27/24/21/18 seconds
Cost - 35/35/35/35/35 Mana
Range - SELF(2)
--> Another great skill for jungling. This skill is also very useful in teamfights as it buffs nearby allies. Use it immediatley to help everyone.

Blood Scent - Warwick passively senses weakened enemy champions around him. The scent of blood sends him into a fury causing him to move at incredible speeds.
Warwick senses enemy champions under 50% life within 1500/2300/3100/3900/4700 distance of him; Upon sensing an enemy at low life he will gain 20/25/30/35/40% Movement Speed.
Cooldown - 45 seconds
Cost - Passive
Range - SELF(2)
--> People will hate to see you, if they planned on jungling. This skill shows the location and a small area around the champion if they are below 50% health. This skill is also great for chasing enemy champions down.
If your against another jungler, sacrifice your time and get this skill first and gank him. Then go lane until level 2, and continue on your way (Make sure to steal enemy buffs with your team if possible too)!

Infinite Duress (Ult) - Warwick lunges at an enemy Champion, stunning them and dealing damage for a few seconds.
Warwick lunges at an enemy Champion, stunning them for 1.7 seconds. While they are stunned, Warwick quickly strikes the target 5 times for 33% of his attack damage plus 40/60/80. Warwick gains an additional 30% lifesteal while performing Infinite Duress.

Cooldown - 90/80/70 seconds
Cost - 100/125/150 Mana
Range - 700(2)
--> All I can say is that this Ult is Mind Blow in a bottle. It stuns, includes life leech and damage + stacks on hit effects.
Things to watch out for:
1. Do NOT use your ult on a champion with Cleanse.
1a. This includes champions with Cleanse Skills, like Olafs ult - wait until its done channeling.
2. Do NOT use this to initiate any type of fight (with the exception of a gank against 1-2enemy champions)
3. Do use this before you die in teamfights. It has a relatively low CD, and will prolong the fight. The ult has Life Leech and lasts long enough for you to then use your Q (Hungering Strike).

I'll feast on their bones..
Items..

Warwick VS Caster Team (2 or more Casters)
  • Cloth Armor + 5Health Potions
  • Upgrade to Madred's Razors.
  • Boots of Speed --> Mercury Treads + Vamperic Sceptre
  • Upgrade to Madred's BloodRazor
  • Wit's End
  • Bloodthirster

Warwick VS Physical Team (2 or more carries\Major Physical DPS)
  • Cloth Armor + 5Health Potions
  • Upgrade to Madred's Razors.
  • Boots of Speed --> Berserker Boots + Vamperic Sceptre
  • Upgrade to Madred's BloodRazor
  • Last Whisper
  • Bloodthirster

After those items, or during any point you find it necessary you may\should consider survivability items. Some choices are Guardian Angel, Force of Nature, Banshees Veil, etc.
Frozen Malet is also a good idea for any circumstance for some added health, damage, and even greater chasing

This ends now..
Jungle..

Start
  • Follow the Red Path, killing nuetrals at the large red dots. Smite the main creep at the yellow spots. Recall.
  • Follow the Blue Path, killing nuetrals at the large blue dots. Smite again, at the yellow spots. Set up a gank with your team for some early fun\gold  (Orange circles)
  • Continue to kill nuetrals when available, and then solo dragon for your team (purple)
  • At this rate you will be ganking in and out of the jungle, remember you can turret dive (Blood Scent speed + Hungering Strike life steal).

Yeeeeesss..

It's similar, the things I copied (backround story, and skills are credited)
All warwicks are played similarly, but the guides are not the same.

This guide is geared towards 3v3 gameplay, and some of his mastery choices, item choices, and rune choices could be changed (which are viable changes)
I looked at 2 diferent articles, and using my gameplay made this.
Appreciate your opinion though.

because 75% of other players use ghost, which means, they get away with ghost, if you dont have it. or you get them, and your in their fountain dieing.

smite / ghost = only option imo

smite is only viable imo on tt, on summoners rift it's just as easy/more effective to use ignite
