This is my first guide.
Abilities
Hungering Strike - Takes a bite out of enemy unit for damage and heals Warwick.
Strikes an enemy for the greater value between 75/125/175/225/275 (+1) and 8/11/14/17/20% of the target's maximum health (can only do flat damage to monsters), and heals Warwick for 100% of the damage dealt.

Hunters Call - Warwick lets out a howl, increasing all nearby friendly champions' attack speed for a short time.
Warwick lets out a howl that inspires all nearby allied champions. This increases Warwick's attack speed by 40/50/60/70/80% and all nearby friendly champions' attack speed by half of that for 10 seconds.

Blood Scent - Warwick passively senses weakened enemy champions around him. The scent of blood sends him into a fury causing him to move at incredible speeds.
Passive: Warwick senses enemy champions under 50% life within 1500/2300/3100/3900/4700 distance of him; while he detects a low-health enemy, he gains 20/25/30/35/40% Movement Speed.

Infinite Duress - Warwick lunges at an enemy Champion, stunning them, suppressing their summoner spells and dealing damage for a few seconds.
Warwick lunges at an enemy Champion, stunning and making them unable to use summoner spells for 1.7 seconds. While they are stunned, Warwick quickly strikes the target 5 times for 33% of his attack damage plus 40/60/80. Warwick gains an additional 30% lifesteal while performing Infinite Duress.

Eternal Thirst - Each of Warwick's attacks will heal him for 5/10/15 health. Each successive attack against the same target will restore increasing amounts of health to Warwick.
Summoner Abilities
Ghost - Ghost is nice for when you need to recall then get back to the jungle quickly, and nice for chasing late game.
Ignite - Ignite can be used in place of Smite to add a little bit of damage to the Golem or Lizard, And it is also very nice for killing champions.
Smite - Smite is a very useful farming ability, it allows you to quickly kill the Golem and Lizard early game, and with the mastery gives you gold every time you use it.
Masteries and Runes
I usually run 9/21/0 for the reduced damage and getting magic pen in offense.
You can also go 21/9/0 if you want to
Marks - Armor Pen or Crit Chance
Glyphs - You can use what ever you want here, I go with magic resist.
Seals - Armor
Quints - Flat HP
Items
I usually get Cloth Armor and Health/Mana pots as my first item which allows me to easily kill the golem at level one.
I dont go back to town until I have enough for Madreds Razors.
I then get Wriggles Lantern and Berserker Greaves.
BloodThirster.
At this point you can usually kill anyone on the enemy team.
You can get a Starks Fervor and OR BloodThirster.
The rest of your items are situational, you can get Banshees Veil, Frozen Mallet, Atmas Imapler, Guardian Angel, Or another Bloodthirster.
Cloth Armor Health/Mana pots.
Wriggles Lantern, Berserk Greaves.
Blood Thirster, Starks.
Banshees, Frozen Mallet, Atmas , Guardian Angel, Blood Thirster,
Keep in mind you need some attack speed, which is why I recommend Starks,
If you are having trouble killing tanks, grab a Madreds BloodRazor
Jungling
I start off with the wolf camp next to golem, Then after I kill Golem, Then Ghost to Camp above Lizard, Then kill Lizard. Rinse Repeat. If you ever see an opportunity to Gank do it. if you havent gotten a kill when you reach level 6, you need to start ganking.
