I have about 3 full sets that I can manipulate depending on who I'm playing .

Reds : Armor Pen / Magic Pen
Yellows : Health / AP
Blues : Mana Regen / AP
Quints : Armor Pen / Health / AP

About 20k left to spend on champs / runes .

What to buy ?

Now have 10 full rune pages for all my playing needs.

Only needed 10 after getting proficient with over 20 champs.

Why do you need 10...seems like you don't build very effective pages :<
