Blackhawk tells me I can change to EUW server on the account cause he's sure that I'm not a diamond player, and that ping isnt an excuse.



So yeah.. What's the public opinion on this?

Should it be determined on a server where ping isnt a factor?

ping shouldnt be an excuse. if u raelly are a diamond player you should be able to get it on other servers too

i'll give a chance at euw, cuz i feel the ping on na as euw player

There is a skill difference between NA and EUW as well.

wats ur ping like in NA

200-250 ping mostly, has spiked to +300
