That are tangled in themselves

so they like curl up and tangle..

Its starting to like break my cords its not good.

Depending on how tangled it is you could just straighten as much as you can and then use a twist-tie every few inches and leave it like that for a while.

Start with 1 end, take your time and untangle that one line untill it untangles.

tip for the future, when you set up you sit lay them out in a way they wont do that.... planning ahead is a tough thing/10
