Use your passive to avoid his harass
Get frozen heart+tabis and you can ignore her (in case she's ad ofc)

Nidalee is pretty good at countering nasus overall. If she zones/harasses you to the point where you can't farm your Q, there's nearly nothing that you can do short of have your jungler camp her and then farm while she's dead/back

min 6 she has 35 farm and 1-0 with 107 ad, im 8 farm and 0-1 with 65 ad... NICE
