Èbay holds you money for 20 days until you have a rating of over 50 from buyers using the same site as you (ie: .com, .ca, .fr, etc). It was a big issue for me at first since I sold internationally and was only selling cause I needed the cash. Once you get over that hurdle the money shows up as soon as you receive payment. I tend to only use Èbay when I can't sell something somewhere else first.

I've used eeee***yy in the past for d2 items, never sold anything though...I don't see why it would take so long to see $$ its just via PayPal...lol

this. Its also "new", a year or two old rule. If you were selling D2, its likely this policy wasn't in place at the time. Its supposed to limit paypal's liability since they cover any scams for buyers now.
