* You may only have 1 guild recruiting thread open at one time period.
* You may only have 1 guild chat thread open at one time period. - No more chat topics. Use notebox pages or the Guild Chat feature within your Guild.


*BUMPS!There is not a bump timer for this forum. But the general allowable bump period is 24 hours. Of course you can have a discussion with your guild mates in your guild thread, but do not bump your thread for no reason.

*DO NOT SPAM!or flame other guild threads. Do not post in other guilds recruiting threads to flame, argue, degrade, or acuse the guild of any wrong doing period. Take it to Pms. Continued abuse will result in your guild losing its rights to the guild forums.

Guild Recruitment Thread Tips:

Here are some tips on making a recruiting thread that will get the most information out to possible applicants.

*State the benefits that your guild offers to its members.
* Clearly state what your guild specific rules are as well.
* Include the events that your guild hosts. Raffles, Tourneys, Scavenger Hunts, etc�
* Include the structure and ranks of your guild and the manner in which you promote members.
*If searching for a specific type of member, state that as well.
For example: Currently Recruiting D2, Wow, Ls, GFX Artists, Etc�
* State the requirements you desire from new applicants.
For Example: New applicants must have a Minimum of 500 Posts, been a member for at least 3 months, have less than 20% Warn, Etc�
* State the extra means of communication between members that your guild offers.
For Example: Website, private guild forums, Ventrillo, Irc, Etc�
