ITT we discuss DotA since lots of people on this subforum are starting to play it.

For those of you that are interested in playing with us, follow these simple steps

1) Make an account on Europe
2) /j clan DIV
3) Join a SAFELOW game and start raising your exp!

Alternatively, we can also play on ASIA with the following rules

1) 1vs1 DotA game
2) No leveling up skills
3) No items except GG branches
4) Go opposite lanes
5) First one to miss a creep kill has to survive without any rice for 2 weeks

We will be playing alot of DIV league games, both serious and pubstomps. If anyone finds a league with cash prizes I would be willing to play on another server. I'm sure this goes for all people playing DotA with me as well. Currently we have a few active jspers playing regularly, and several more have PMed me to play. Here, we will post basically any of our DotA stories, questions, or rants. Have fun!


@mods: This IS Heroes of Newerth related. We are using the HoN client to play a modified version of the game which bears very very close resemblance to the classic DotA. Do not close this thread without contacting me first.

what's your favorite dota hero? my favorite is annie the dark child

I dont see whats bad about this thread at all , theres a lot of hero's i want to see ported over to HoN , i havent played hon sense i was in my throwing stage, soloed to 1800 ( more or less capped at my skill. ) threw to 1650 or so, haven't played in a few weeks, i think i just go in stages of bordem, but iv those dota heros were ported over to HoN id for sure play again.

Bro you should come play with me and Jon. I was quite skeptical at first as well but after getting used to the last-hitting and the flow of the game, I'm enjoying DotA way more than HoN. Free stats resets at any time, a good league with limited leavers, and heroes that are not only awesome, but mesh well together as a whole to great superior gameplay.

I think i'm gonna break until Dota two, i usually play a game till i get a wall where i get bored, i break for a bit and jump right back into it, i may play depending on how long i think it is until Dota two is released, but i'm gonna stay on break till now,

I'm up for a game right now, I'll deal with delay (I'm west.)
