Ok, I know back on what was in Windows ME or 98 You could divert network priority. Heres the deal. I have Time Warner, and in my area it is very poor cable service. ( They say we get 100 mb/s, in all actuality we get 10 mb/s if no1 is on in the area. ) Every time I try to play a game when my dad is browsing porn, it lags me to Hell and back. I'm running windows 7 and have the router / modem directly connected to mine ( making my computer the main in network ? ) if that means anything to anyone. Any way to give my computer more of the network ... i dont care if it takes him 2 hours to load a video... seriously sits there for hours.

Download his favourites and have him watch the vids offline. or better yet, watch with him after a psychiatrist confirms you dont have the oedipus complex

set your router to mac filter computers and only add your computers mac, then when he can no longer connect, tell him his computer is fucked up and needs to buy a new one.
