I use to be a door greeter but got moved down to pushing carts, door greeting honestly isn't that great of a job, but it's a start somewhere. Door greeters at the place I work hardly get breaks, and have to stand all day. At least with pushing carts I can actively move and not wait for time to pass standing in one spot. Good luck in your position though.
