Deuteronomy 31:6-8
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the presence of all Israel, "Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the LORD swore to their forefathers to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance. The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."

The LORD is God. We must not take for granted his holiness and might. But the incredible reality of God's grace is this: God, who thundered at Mount Sinai and spoke into existence the universe with its marvelous expanse, loves us and longs for us to draw near and find refuge in him. We can rejoice in reverent awe. We can praise with holy fear. We can rest secured because our trust is not in what is human, what is temporary, and what is vulnerable. The LORD is our God!

Lamentations 3:22-23
Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Do not forget the teaching. Keep God's commandments. For they will add length of days, years of life and peace. Do not let kindness and truth leave you. Bind them around your neck and write them on the tablet of your heart. You will find favor and have a good reputation with God and man. Trust in the Lord will all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight (to be right, be straight, be level, be upright, be just, be lawful, be smooth. Do not be wise in your own eyes.

Fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Fear and repentance are healing to your body and refreshment to your bones. Honor the Lord from your wealth and from the first of all your produce. So your barns will be filled with plenty and your vats overflowing with new wine. This is how a man who finds wisdom and gains understanding benefits: 1. The profit and gain of these are better than silver and fine gold. 2. These are more valuable than precious jewels 3. Nothing you desire, like cars, houses, wealth can compare to the wealth wisdom and understanding bring. 4. Long life is in her right hand 5. Riches and honor are in her left hand 6. The ways of wisdom and understanding are pleasant, the paths are peace. 7. They are a tree of life to those who take hold 8. Happiness is theirs who never let go understanding.

Ephesians 4:22-24
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;to be made new in the attitude of your minds;and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Psalms 40:3
He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Colossians 3:12-14

Romans 12:12
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

No matter what is happening or will come your way, God is in complete control, working for your good and His glory. Wait in faith—let Him guide and sustain you, even in the storms of life.

Isaiah 43:19
