the Virgin Mary is the mother of Jesus, who is the son of God and God himself. However, The virgin Mary is the Mother of God.

Dude, Jesus had to come to the planet somehow.

Mary is a human, and God's plan for her life happen to be to give birth to Jesus Christ so that he would walk the planet with us. That doesn't mean she literally made Jesus. Jesus existed before the world was evern made!
Can you not get that through your head? Jesus already existed. Mary did by no means bring Jesus into existence.

God's plan for your life could very well be way above that of Mary. Why do you put Mary on some high pedistal? Even Jesus said we would do better works than him.

Its the basic of the incarnation of Jesus on earth and I know that already. Mary was human like you and me but she was also chosen by God to born Jesus which confer her a special status. Luke 1: 42: "God has blessed you above all women, and your child is blessed." and read again the Wedding of Cana and how Mary has a special relation to her son and how she can bring Graces from God on earth. Its a fact and I know its not easy for you to understand that but w/e people who not accept that wont change anything about it especially not from random new born christian with no real Bible study in background.

I am very confortable with the expression of my faith and Praying God through Mary using the Rosary method is one of them and I am not the only one. This type of prayer gives me a huge step in my spiritual journey and in the last 2000 years, millions of people can bring testimonials as well. Again, its not a random new born again christian who will change that.

Tradition doesn't mean squat and tons of testimonials means even less when they are built upon false pretenses. There are loads of Catholic "traditions" that were reevaluated in the first and second Vatican councils and all throughout the first 15 centuries because they were bogus - built upon greed and heresies. You've heard of a little thing called indulgences? If you base your beliefs on what's been done rather than what the foundation for anything Christ-centered faith is obtained from - the Bible - then you are in quite a bit of danger.

No where in the Bible do you see praying to anything other than God appropriate - in the end that is considered idolatry. You are to be fully devoted to God - not the surrogate mother of Jesus.
