Remember to forgive, so God can forgive you, and ALWAYS remember, his forgiveness and love is PERSONAL with you and HIM.


God chooses not to remember your sins, meditate on that, what does that mean to you. CAN YOU CHOOSE not to remember something someone did to you? Isn't it so hard? Yes, God's forgiveness and love is that powerful.

God forgives us no matter what, we only have to ask and believe. Holding in unforgiveness hinder's our relationship with Him, but has nothing to do if he will forgive or not. Nonetheless, nice post.

Actually the bible is clear that we have to forgive, or we cannot expect to be forgiven. (Mark 11:26, John 20:23, Matt. 6:15)

Jesus also spoke about showing mercy (or mercy will not be shown to you) in the sermon on the mount. (Matt. 5)

My point was that if you have unforgiveness in your heart it DOESN'T mean you won't be forgiven if asked, now those verses are talking if you hold on to it you have to worry. But when you are living for Christ forgiveness will always come quickly.

God will always forgive you, but if you cannot forgive others, he will not forgive you.

I think we are both looking at a different point of view, but nice perspective for me to look at it at. Thanks!

I'm not saying I disagree, just saying if you have some unforgiveness in your heart, for let's say a day. And you ask forgiveness for stuff God will forgive you.

I'm just going to throw this out there to give folks some insight ; try to make the distinction between salvation and Heavenly reward !

Everyone is forgiven by Him but if you are harboring anything that will keep you from forgiving, then you will impede your receiving of His forgiveness.

May i ask why it is so important for us to 'believe'? You could compare that to a narcissistic teenager seeking attention. I am not here to argue, i am trying to be an open minded person so please give me some insight onto why you would deem any of this necessary.
The only time i respect religion is when it is personal, regardless of the obvious and overwhelming answers to this world that completely demolish simple answers that religion teachers, in my experience, people are able to look past that because religion gives them a personal feeling to cope with situations.
I can't imagine why you would want to be labled as a follower, it is now frowned upon by intellects, reason being,it is easier to distribute information than ever before.

When ever i have personally spoken to a black armed follower of any motive, they take nothing into account - they merely follow it because they follow it or because they think it's right to do so. Brings me back to the personal things, you should not have to express your spirituality. I once was forced to read 'a' bible, a message relating to this topic was not to turn religion into anything it has become today - a label.

Now it's real late at night so i hope that makes sense. Ignore my opinion and take it as a question to answer.
