read this on battlenet forums....

"I went ahead and restored d2win.dll from the vault and added it to my exceptions. Problem solved. Google search reveals that other avg users are having the same problem since update.

One site said that AVG was aware of it and working on it, but I have no firsthand info. the AVG webpage is a pain and hurts me to look at. "

okay first open up avg and go to virus vault(history tab and click virus vault) and restore the "false trojan" that says PS3onlinegames or something along the lines, when you click restore, it will ask you again if you want to restore it and it will show you it's the file D2win.dll

After that open up resident shield(components tab and click resident shield) and click on manage expectations and click add path and add your diablo directory so it will look like

C:\DiabloII\ or C:\Program Files\DiabloII\

This is how I fixed mine, AVG False Positive, and I helped Aryan fix his.
